In this strategic leadership position, you will drive the business development of our Production Print division across Europe (KDEM) and our wider Group of Sales Companies (KDEM‑G). You will oversee all sales, service, and operational activities, ensuring strong revenue, profitability, and market share growth.A key focus of this role is expanding Kyocera’s presence in the textile printing market, translating customer needs into innovative, competitive solutions and ensuring alignment with R&D, Service, Sales, and Manufacturing teams. Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute business strategies in alignment with HQ (Japan) Strengthen service strategy and operational excellence Provide commercial guidance in pricing, financial modelling, and deal structuring Oversee daily operations and implement high-quality standards Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningEnsure divisional revenue, profit, and cost targets are met Sales, Marketing&Market Positioning

Develop sales strategies and go‑to‑market plans Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments Represent Kyocera at industry events and partner engagements Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory and logistics Ensure regulatory compliance Champion digital-first processes and innovation in print technologyReporting&Alignment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/Systems, or related field (MBA is an advantage) 10+ years of experience in Technology, Production Print, or Managed Services 5+ years of management experience, including at least 3 years in senior leadership Deep understanding of Managed Print Services, cloud, cybersecurity, and ICTProven success in driving growth, profitability, and operational performance Experience working in culturally diverse or Japanese corporate environments Ready to Lead the Future of Production Print?
