Job Description

Taking care of the air freight export shipments from A-Z

Preparation of necessary customs documentation

Drafting and issuing rates and making price agreements

Reserving cargo capacity with airlines

Maintaining contacts within the Dutch and worldwide network of customers

Invoicing of shipments and the associated cost control

The Successful Applicant

1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or related field

Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Knowledge of industry software such as CargoWise One is a plus

A Logistics related degree is preferred, but not required
