Warehouse Supervisor, Oude Meer

Warehouse Supervisor– Schiphol, Netherlands WWT NL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to head a team of 10‑25 warehouse personnel, overseeing receiving, moving, picking, and shipping operations. This role reports directly to a Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates; manage up to 15 people per shift or location; drive performance expectations and business acumen; train new employees; conduct performance appraisals.

Ensure operational excellence by meeting KPI targets, developing daily logistics plans, enforcing safety and operational policies, maintaining inventory accuracy, evaluating layout for cost efficiencies, and complying with Safety, ISO, and TL9000 requirements.

Provide strong internal collaboration by maintaining relationships with other departments and communicating business metrics to management monthly and quarterly.

Experience Needed

3‑5 years in a similar supervisory role.

Good understanding of logistics processes.

Ability to work independently and under pressure, adapt to changes.

Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong MS Office skills.

Forklift and/or reach truck certification.
