As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be well-versed with Windows, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other Office 365 services. Registering requests, resolving daily issues for colleagues, and distributing the requests among different resolution groups within the IT Operations team (8 hrs) Participating in workstation management and serving as a point of contact for incidents (8 hrs) Maintaining inventory and keeping user administration updated (8 hrs)Ensuring proper implementation of access and security policies (8 hrs) Maintaining communication with hardware and software systems suppliers and (cloud) services providers (8 hrs) Total weekly hours: 40 hrs While our client doesn't have a predefined career path for this role, they strongly believe in nurturing talent and providing growth opportunities for their employees.
