As a Group Business Controller, you will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy and execution, playing a key role in supporting Group-level decision-making. This is a particularly interesting moment to join ERIKS. After its transition to a private equity-backed setting under Lone Star Funds and a successful restructuring, the company has created a solid platform from which it is now driving its next phase of growth and value creation.You will be part of the Group Business Control team which operates as the central link between the business, the Board and Lone Star, providing high-quality financial insights and a clear view on performance and underlying business drivers. It is a lean and high-caliber team with direct exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders.Within this setup, your role is primarily focused on forward-looking, strategic and project-driven topics. You will be closely involved in M&A processes and integration initiatives, as well as in evaluating investment cases and supporting commercial and operational improvement initiatives across the Group. Part of your responsibilities will be the tracking of- and involvement in our Digital program, as well as the Controlling activities related to this. In addition, focus will be on ensuring a strong set up of the commercial value creation narrative, both within ERIKS and externally. Key part of the role is translating complex analyses and business developments into clear, concise executive-level materials and narratives for the Board and shareholder, as well as assisting them with ad hoc requests and analyses. Alongside these activities, you will remain connected to the broader Group performance cycle, working with country finance teams and contributing to the coordination of planning, forecasting and performance cadence, ensuring alignment and a strong understanding of business performance at Group level.The ideal candidate

Master degree in Finance, (Business) Economics or beta discipline Min. 6-8 years of experience in M&A/Transaction Services, FP&A or (Group) Business Control; preferably experience with(in) a dynamic work environment (experience within Group- and/or PE-backed functions is a plus) Strong modelling skills and you feel very comfortable with tools like Excel&Powerpoint.
