At Nixon Digital, we help organizations gain full control over their website privacy compliance. Our platform identifies how and where personal data is shared with third parties, often without valid user consent. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Consultant who takes ownership of client programs, translates complex privacy findings into actionable improvements, and drives both impact and growth within our client base.
Your role You will manage a portfolio of clients using the Nixon Platform and guide them through their ongoing privacy compliance program. This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You act as a consultant, program owner, and commercial sparring partner.
You will:
Lead recurring client sessions and ensure every meeting is structured, prepared, and outcome-driven
Translate Nixon scan results into concrete action plans and implementation priorities
Guide clients through our compliance framework: get insight, get grip, keep grip
Identify risks in how personal data is shared with third parties and explain these clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactively drive expansion by identifying opportunities for additional modules and services
Ensure follow-up on actions and maintain momentum within client programs
What you will bring Strong privacy and technical understanding
Deep understanding of how websites work under the hood, not just at a policy level
Know when user consent is required before sharing data with third parties
Understand that visually blocking a component is not enough if third-party requests are still triggered in the background
Recognise how third-party scripts, pixels, and embedded content (such as YouTube) can leak data before consent
Understand how combining IP address, device, and browser data creates a digital fingerprint
Are aware that combining such fingerprints with login data introduces re-identification risks
Experience with privacy tooling
Experience with platforms such as OneTrust, Didomi, CookieFirst, or similar
Ability to interpret scan results and translate them into concrete implementation steps
Ideally: certifications (e.g., OneTrust) or equivalent experience
Consultative and commercial mindset
You are comfortable advising clients at a senior level
You naturally identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
You can connect findings to business impact and urgency
You take ownership of both retention and growth
Structured and proactive way of working
You never walk into a meeting unprepared
You track actions, follow up, and drive progress
You create clarity and direction for clients
What success looks like In this role, you take full ownership of driving real privacy improvements for your clients. You help them clearly understand their risks and translate scan results into concrete, actionable steps. By guiding them through both technical and legal complexities, you ensure steady progress across the full compliance lifecycle.
At the same time, you build strong relationships with stakeholders across legal, marketing, and development teams. You know how to turn insights into impact, not just in terms of compliance, but also by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within your portfolio.
