Financial Reporting Specialist– Corporate Reporting&Accounting As a Financial Reporting Specialist within the Corporate Reporting&Accounting team at ERIKS, you play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of the Group’s financial reporting. In this hands‑on role, you are the driving force behind financial processes such as month‑end and period‑end close, budgeting, and forecasting in OneStream, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely reporting.

In this role, you combine analytical sharpness with a structured and precise working style. You perform in‑depth plausibility checks based on KPIs, ratios, trends, and key data points, and work closely with local finance teams and colleagues across Group Finance to resolve issues quickly and maintain high data quality. You operate in an international environment where reliable reporting and predictable close cycles are essential for management and decision‑making, actively shaping and improving existing structures rather than simply following them.

This position is ideal for a finance professional with several years of experience in controlling or financial reporting, who enjoys working at the heart of Group Finance, is energized by numbers, controls, and analyses, and wants to further develop as a OneStream expert while helping to build, standardise, and professionalise reporting and financial processes within a newly established role.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for financial processes such as month‑end and period‑end close, budgets, and forecasts in OneStream for assigned entities; monitor reporting status and ensure completeness and timely submission.

Set up and execute entity controls: validate KPI and ratio logic, analyse variances, and document conclusions clearly.

Perform analytical reviews, reconciliations, and plausibility checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of reported figures.

Prepare and validate input for group consolidation and management reporting.

Act as the main contact for local finance teams: resolve reporting issues, clarify questions, and support consistent reporting standards.

Safeguard data quality through structured documentation, consistent master data usage, and adherence to internal policies and process governance.

Identify recurring issues and actively contribute to designing, establishing, and further developing reporting structures, processes, and tools, with a strong focus on OneStream.

Education and Personal Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a controlling, reporting, or other finance function within a multi‑entity or international environment.

Solid experience with month‑end closes, reporting cycles, reconciliations, and analytical controls.

Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large datasets, KPI logic, ratios, and trend and variance analysis.

Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
