Contract Manager, Alkmaar

My client is a leading international contractor who are currently working on a major industrial construction project near Alkmaar in the Netherlands and are looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager to provide high‑quality and timely legal, contractual, and strategic advice related to construction and subcontracting activities, as well as broader commercial and contractual compliance matters, within a complex construction or industrial project environment.The role involves managing contracts under NEC forms of contract with client and subcontractors, supporting project execution phases, and advising on claims, disputes, and risk management. Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering, construction or law and should have a proven background working as a contracts manager on major construction projects in Europe. Candidates should have Proven experience in construction international claims management, dispute resolution, and litigation. Candidates should also have Expert knowledge of NEC contracts, as well as other standard construction contracts and subcontracting frameworks.
