As a
Financial Administrator , you will have full responsibility for the financial administration from A to Z for two operating companies and the holding. You ensure that the numbers are not only accurate but also available on time, and that all financial processes run smoothly, clearly, and in a controlled manner.
Activities You will find yourself in a dynamic production environment where you will deal with intercompany relationships, transactions in foreign currencies, and project administration. This is not standard bookkeeping, but a role with substance and challenge. You will report to the controller and serve as an important sparring partner within the financial team: someone who looks beyond just the numbers and actively contributes to improvements.
What will you do? In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the correct and efficient execution of the financial administration. You will review the general ledger, monitor financial processes, and ensure that deviations are identified and followed up in a timely manner. You will be responsible for both the accounts receivable and (substantive) accounts payable administration. This means you will prepare and follow up on sales invoices, assess complex issues within the accounts payable administration, and ensure the proper processing of purchase invoices and expense claims.
Additionally, you will be involved in:
Preparing VAT returns
Processing and preparing payments
Supporting monthly and year-end closings
Managing financial master data
Processing payroll batches
You will also play an active role in the audit by gathering and verifying financial documentation. Lastly, you will continuously think along with the improvement and optimization of administrative processes to ensure the organization remains financially in control and can continue to professionalize.

Salary:€3,700 – €4,600 (depending on experience and education)

A completed MBO-4 or HBO education in a financial field
Experience in a similar administrative role
Knowledge of financial processes and accounting systems; experience with ISAH is an advantage
