Business Development Manager
to strengthen our Industrial team and be the face of our clients in Europe. Together with your colleagues, you will work on a European growth strategy and execution of sales in industries like Automotive, Construction, Oil&Gas, Electrical components etc. WHAT YOU DO:
Create and execute European Go‑To‑Market strategies, combining sales and marketing activities. Own and manage business development projects end‑to‑end in complex, international environments. Develop and demonstrate strong consultative sales skills, from lead generation and qualification to closing complex deals together with our clients.Travel across Europe to engage with new clients and attend trade shows and industry events. Structure and manage projects, including planning, reporting, nurturing relationships and execution. Work closely with internal teams in a matrix organization, using IT and AI tools to work efficiently. THIS IS YOU:
You have 2–5 years of experience in consultative sales and business development. You have an affinity with IT, technology and AI tools and use them naturally in your daily work. You are communicative, with a pragmatic mindset. You are open to frequent international travel in Europe and occasionally in North America.You are fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German) are a strong plus. You live (or are willing to relocate) within 45‑minutes of Almelo, Netherlands. You have a valid driver’s license. WHAT WE OFFER:
