As

Manager Service Delivery&Transport , you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, high‑quality delivery of transport services while strengthening relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders. You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and financial insight to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.This is a highly visible role within the organization, directly reporting to the COO, with significant impact on transport strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and high satisfaction levels. Develop close partnerships with carriers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Maintain deep knowledge of client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure consistent adherence. Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Transport (CSE, Linehaul, Control Tower), and Customs.Support the development and presentation of transport P&L in collaboration with site management. Maintain strong insight into client financial structures, margins, and cost drivers. Identify and drive financial optimization opportunities for both clients and the organization. Analyze transport costs and support cost‑efficiency initiatives together with CSE.Service Delivery Leadership

Partner with the Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure high team performance and operational excellence. Support recruitment, staffing, and talent development within the team. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement development plans where needed. Strategic Transport Management

Identify new business opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives. Support the design and execution of local transport strategies. Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and sales to ensure seamless operations. Contribute to the development of new transport products and solutions. Support carrier selection, onboarding, and transitions.Operational Management

Act as PMO for onboarding new clients and transport solutions. Develop mid‑to‑long‑term plans for client and carrier development. Coordinate implementation of changes and new product offerings. Ensure operational readiness (e.g., sorting capacity, label quality) for efficient transport execution.Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with clients and carriers. Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transport or logistics. Strong knowledge of distribution systems, international (road) transport, and customs/import‑export processes. Proven leadership and peoplemanagement skills.Strong customer focus and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent communication skills in

English and Dutch . Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required. What do we offer?
