Ensure efficient and smooth operations within the entire physical operation, adhering to budgeted guidelines. Align customer demands with available warehouse stock. Lead and manage supervisors, overseeing daily work activities within the department. Supervise personnel to maintain order and safety in the warehouse.Coach and provide technical guidance to colleagues. Foster collaboration within the supervisor team to elevate site performance. Monitor and enhance communication and cooperation within the site and with other sites/departments. Contribute to the development and execution of the departmental plan.Actively contribute to continuous improvement methodology. Profile&Qualifications

Higher vocational education (HBO) work/thinking level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Solid knowledge of WMS (preferably PKMS). At least 3 years of successful leadership experience in fashion logistics. Independent and flexible work attitude with the ability to make quick, creative, effective decisions.Pragmatic approach with a focus on integrated logistics solutions. Driven, convincing, and capable of working independently. Stress‑resistant and adaptable to rapid changes. Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
