As a Supervisor you will manage the Team Leader(s) and Warehouse employees which you are responsible for. It is your job to achieve all department objectives by focusing on productivity, customer satisfaction, analyzing department results and making improvement proposals based on customer satisfaction research.Achieve departmental objectives. Analyze departmental results. Improve productivity and efficiency. Make improvement proposals to improve services and increase customer satisfaction. Minimize errors and shorten lead times. Conduct consultations within and outside the department. Act as the point of contact for both the internal organization and suppliers related to the department.Lead, coach, train and motivate the Teamleaders. Coach and motivate the team and train new employees. Work in a continuous process improvement environment within our network organization. Report to the Warehouse Manager. Profile&Qualifications

MBO+/ HBO working and thinking level. Demonstrable experience in managing large groups. Good knowledge of logistics processes. Good knowledge of warehouse management system (preferably WMi). Good communication skills and positive attitude. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.Decisive problem‑solving skills. Analytical skills. Excellent knowledge and command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 5S and Lean Six Sigma. Flexible, stress‑resistant and able to work overtime in and if necessary out of season.As a supervisor, you work together with your team in day shifts, ensuring structure, motivation, and results on the work floor.
