Subject Matter Expert (SME)

and Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling a customer organization’s successful transition to the ILIAS software suite.

Your mission In this position, you will:

Leverage your deep expertise in

military logistics, aviation capabilities, and operational processes .

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through the

implementation and optimization of ILIAS software .

Ensure seamless integration of logistics and aviation operations into a modern, digital environment.

Empower customers to achieve

operational excellence, readiness, and efficiency

Your capabilities

Provide

strategic consulting

on military aviation logistics and operations.

Support the

transition planning, execution, and adoption

of ILIAS software.

Collaborate with international teams, bridging

technical solutions with operational needs .

Deliver

training, workshops, and knowledge transfer

to customer personnel.

Identify opportunities to enhance

capabilities, compliance, and mission readiness .

Ideal Candidate Profile

Extensive background in

military logistics and aviation operations .

Proven experience as a

consultant or SME

in complex, multinational environments.

Strong understanding of

logistics information systems

and digital transformation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to take on an

international assignment

with significant responsibility.
