Junior Operator - Metal Production - Start People, Almere Stad

Wat je gaat doen As a Future Operator, you will work at challenging production stations within our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling, mounting, and inspecting semi‑finished and finished products. With your technical insight and precise working style, you contribute to an efficient production process and high product quality standards. You will work with modern machines and tools while actively contributing ideas for process improvements.

Responsibilities

Assembly: assembling complex products and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.

Testing: performing electrical connections and product testing using measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.

Quality Control: identifying, correcting, and reporting deviations to ensure product quality.

Administration: recording material usage, working hours, and rejected parts in the ERP system.

Coaching: supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues while contributing to a safe working environment.

Working hours: 2-Shift Schedule Morning Shift: 06:00‑15:00 (Friday 06:00‑12:00) Afternoon Shift: 15:00‑00:00 (Friday 12:00‑18:00)

Salary up to€3,550 gross per month (including shift allowance).
