This is a high-impact role for a senior professional who can bridge business priorities, enterprise architecture, and technology delivery within a global matrix organization.You will play a key role in shaping solution direction, enabling enterprise platform adoption, and driving alignment between business and IT stakeholders across multiple countries and domains.The RoleAs a Business Architect, you will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for business architecture and enterprise solution analysis across complex, cross-functional initiatives.You will partner closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to define scalable solution approaches that support strategic business objectives.The role combines business architecture, stakeholder engagement, enterprise systems analysis, and governance responsibilities, with strong visibility across the European organization.What You Will DoTranslate business strategy and operational challenges into scalable business and technology solution approachesPartner with senior business and IT stakeholders to define and align enterprise initiativesSupport enterprise platform onboarding initiatives across multiple European countriesDrive business architecture and business systems analysis activities for enterprise-scale transformation programsReview and challenge solution designs, integration approaches, and application landscapesFacilitate alignment between business requirements, architecture direction, and technical implementationCollaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Operations teams on complex cross-domain initiativesLead workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder alignment sessionsContribute to governance processes, architecture standards, and enterprise transformation initiativesAct as a trusted advisor in solution discussions involving enterprise platforms such as SAP and SalesforceYour Skills&ExperienceExtensive experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Architecture, Solution Analysis, or Enterprise Transformation rolesProven experience operating within complex enterprise and matrix organizationsStrong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integrations, and business process alignmentExperience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar ecosystemsAbility to understand and assess solution designs, integration patterns, and high-level architecture conceptsExperience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise onboarding initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProfessional English communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levelsResidence in the Netherlands or Belgium with a valid work permitNice to HaveExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAFExposure to governance and enterprise architecture processesExperience working within Agile or SAFe environmentsSoft SkillsYou are a confident and credible professional who can navigate complex organizational environments with maturity and strong business acumen.
