we are looking for a Your Role– meaningful, impactful, and future‑oriented As a (Senior) Systems Engineer (Hybrid Infrastructure), you ensure that our systems and platforms remain reliable, secure, and ready for the future. You contribute your technical expertise and your problem‑solving mindset, support colleagues as atrusted escalation point, and help us continuously evolve our hybrid infrastructure landscape.You will report directly to the Infrastructure Operations Manager and collaborate closely with our Cloud and Platform teams. What you’ll do: Operate, monitor, and maintain hybrid Azure and on‑prem infrastructure environments Administer Windows Server and Linux systems to ensure stability and performanceManage and support VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, networking) Monitor infrastructure health, investigate alerts, and proactively resolve issues Support Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity‑related services Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational incidentsExecute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures Work closely with Engineering teams to support platform reliability and deployments Maintain accurate operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system reliability What we’re looking for:Core Experience Several years of experience in infrastructure operations or system administration Solid experience supporting VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) Experience monitoring enterprise infrastructure and responding to alerts and incidents Experience working in hybrid or cloud‑connected environments (Azure preferred)Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Experience working with monitoring tools and operational dashboards Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, and on‑call support Strong understanding of operational best practices and system reliability Clear and effective communication skills and ability to work closely with engineering teamsNice to have (not required) Experience with Veeam or enterprise backup platforms Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS or on‑prem) Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash) Exposure to Infrastructure as Code or automation tools We have everything covered: Modern IT Environment : Work with up‑to‑date tools, technologies, and high‑performance hardware to build reliable and innovative solutions.Hybrid Work Options:
