Marketing Manager Netherlands, Utrecht

As Marketing Manager Netherlands, you will take full ownership of marketing performance in a high-potential market.

You will build and scale a demand generation engine that drives pipeline and revenue, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role for a B2B SaaS marketer who enjoys combining strategy and execution, testing new approaches, and delivering measurable growth.

What You Will Do Build demand&pipeline

Design and execute full‑funnel campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships

Generate qualified pipeline and continuously improve conversion rates

Drive Revenue Impact

Own the full marketing funnel (MQL→ SQL → pipeline)

Track performance, run experiments, and optimize results with a data‑driven approach

Act As a Business Partner

Align marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success priorities

Support the Managing Director Netherlands on strategic marketing initiatives

Lead And Coordinate

Coordinate local marketing resources and ensure strong collaboration with Group Marketing teams

Strengthen Market Presence

Increase brand awareness and thought leadership in the Dutch infrastructure ecosystem

Activate strategic partnerships and industry events

Who You Are

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology

Strong expertise in demand generation and growth marketing

Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales and Product teams

Data‑driven, hands‑on, and performance‑oriented

Experienced with CRM, marketing automation, and multichannel campaigns

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

Fluent in Dutch and English
