Contract:

Max 3 years, temporary appointment, 36–40 hours per week

€3.602,00 – €5.748,00 per month (Burgerschaal IBBAD 10)

Responsibilities

Support line management on a full range of HR matters, from recruitment and selection to workforce planning and termination.

Handle diverse case work such as relocations, personnel changes, and individual employee files.

Coach supervisors and employees on career and development responsibilities.

Advise on personnel implications of organisational changes and format adjustments.

Qualifications

Completed HBO bachelor (preferably HRM).

Proactive, collaborative, and capable of operating independently in an operational environment.

Knowledge of HR processes and relevant regulations.

Motivation for continuous learning and development in the field.
