Are you driven by data and passionate about scaling innovative products? At CostPerform, we’re seeking a Growth Marketer who excels at executing strategies that drive visibility, lead generation, and market share, particularly for Fortune 2000 enterprises. What You’ll Do: Execute Growth Strategies:
Implement market positioning initiatives, lead generation (MQLs), and brand enhancement to increase CostPerform’s visibility across industries such as banking, insurance, telecom, government, and manufacturing. Launch Marketing Campaigns:
Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, specifically targeting Fortune 2000 enterprises in the USA, APAC, and EMEA. Analyze Marketing Performance:
Conduct thorough analysis of marketing analytics and performance metrics to ensure alignment with growth objectives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with sales, customer success, and product development teams to synchronize marketing efforts, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction. Innovate Growth Strategies:
Develop and test creative growth strategies, focusing on unconventional solutions to accelerate market expansion and customer acquisition. Manage Hubspot:
Oversee the management and maintenance of our CRM tool, HubSpot, ensuring best practices are followed for maximum efficiency in marketing and sales efforts. Work with External Agencies:
Collaborate with external agencies specializing in SEA, LinkedIn advertising, and branding to align with CostPerform’s growth objectives. This is what we’re offering:
A competitive salary ranging from
€4.500 to €5.500 , based on full-time employment (32-40 hours per week). Performance-based bonuses
and incentives that reward exceptional achievements. Participation in employee stock ownership plans, sharing in the company’s success. Retirement savings plans

3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing
with a track record of driving growth and achieving results. A hands-on approach with the ability to
switch between big-picture strategies and detailed execution. Strong
analytical capabilities
to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms,
experience with
HubSpot
is a plus. Ability to tailor marketing initiatives to effectively resonate with the
