Your Role - Flight Ambassador for Singapore Airlines As part of the Singapore Airlines customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients. You will support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.

You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.

Your daily tasks include:

Assisting passengers with flight bookings&changes

Explaining ticket rules, fees&policies

Processing refunds&reservation updates

Supporting travel agencies&corporate partners

Ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (C1+ level)

Confident in English

Social, adaptable&service‑minded

Curious about living abroad

Excited about working for a global airline

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but mindset matters more than CV length.
