Your Role

Provide high‑quality customer support with a technical focus

Assist users with platform‑related inquiries and troubleshooting

Deliver solutions in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner

Handle customer interactions across multiple channels

Work in a fast‑paced environment with varying contact volumes

Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders

Work Model&Conditions

Location: Lisbon (on‑site)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00– 20:00 (rotational)

Weekends: 08:00– 17:00

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Compensation&Benefits

Base Salary:€1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)

Performance Bonus: Additional bonus structure

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Dutch (C1 level or above)

Good command of English

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
