B2B Inside Sales&Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover) Full Time | Amersfoort Role overview As B2B Inside Sales&Operations Coordinator you are the central point of contact between our Business 2 Business partners, the internal organization and our logistics service providers. Initiating many actions at the same time and making sure everything runs smoothly is what energizes you. You like using Excel, lists and numbers. You are the one who provides service with a smile!

Key Responsibilities:

You will receive, analyze and process orders from our B2B customers.

You help our B2B partners with all their questions and chase up any issues with orders.

You process complaints and take the necessary actions to resolve, in close contact with our finance department.

You ensure the smooth running of the logistics processes between the head office, B2B partners and our external warehouses.

You support with PR order operations.

You support with printed material orders.

You optimize your own work: you are always looking for ways to make things smarter&more efficient.

What will you bring:

MBO+/HBO (Secondary Vocational Education+ or Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.

Sufficient knowledge of Excel (V‑look‑up, pivot table, etc.).

Experience with ERP systems is a plus, we work with Netsuite (Oracle).

Excellent oral and written skills in English.

Problem‑solving skills.

Hands‑on, multi‑tasker, proactive, flexible and independent.
