Your Role As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients, providing fast, accurate, and professional assistance. You will support customers across multiple industries, solving problems, offering guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently

Logging interactions accurately and updating the customer database

Collaborating with international teams to ensure best practices

Contributing to process improvements for enhanced customer experience

Requirements

Minimum of C1 Dutch and B2 English proficiency

Willingness to relocate to Greece as soon as possible

Valid work permit for Greece (no visa sponsorship provided)

Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not mandatory

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
