Overview

We're seeking a Senior Financial Expert and AI Specialist to bridge the gap between AI technology and financial domain requirements. This role involves leveraging AI to improve decision-making in areas such as trading, portfolio management, risk management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to develop domain-specific models to support financial workflows in trading, portfolio and risk management and define / design the relevant skills of Agentic AI in these domains. Provide expertise in trading, portfolio optimization, risk metrics and regulatory compliance to ensure models meet industry standards.Act as a liaison between technical teams and financial stakeholders. Drive adoption of AI solutions by providing training and support to end users. Have a product mindset able to spec products, present product strategy and commercials to leadership and clients and lead the product development lifecycle from A-Z.Lead efforts to incorporate financial regulations into AI model design. What You Have

Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, AI, Product Design or a related field. 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a deep subject matter expertise and a strong AI application mindset. Knowledge of financial modeling, trading strategies, and risk models. Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, including NLP and prompt engineering.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Product/Solution-Mindset with the ability to own and lead projects from A-Z is a must. Compensation
