We are seeking
Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists
to join our team supporting the Mercedes-Benz project. The role involves providing frontline customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.
Roadside Assistance (RSA)
24/7 breakdown support following strict safety guidelines
Recovery assistance for vehicles to dealerships
B2B&B2C customer support
Collecting customer&vehicle information (license plate, GPS location, tire size, passengers, etc.)
Connected Mobility Services (CMS)
Support for Mercedes Me App and digital services
Account login, activation/deactivation of digital services
Service purchases, online appointment booking, vehicle monitoring
Inform customers about features included in service packages
Basic troubleshooting; complex issues escalated to Backdesk
Customer Service (CS)
Handle first-line inquiries: warranties, maintenance appointments, dealership details, workshop complaints, goodwill requests, list-price/tax inquiries, and general technical documentation
Provide support to demanding luxury clients, often in sensitive situations
Requirements
Dutch: C1 (mandatory)
English: B2 (for training&operations)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Advanced problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesComfortable with PC apps, mobile platforms (Android/iOS), and basic network setups
Driver's license: a plus
Previous experience in customer service or technical support: preferred but not required
