International Advertising team , we work with international brands and sellers to help them become visible and successful on the bol platform through smart, data-driven advertising campaigns.

During your internship as a

Campaign Specialist Advertising (International) , you will support the team that manages and optimises campaigns for international advertisers. You’ll learn how retail media works at scale, how campaign performance is analysed, and how commercial insights are used to improve results across different markets. You’ll be guided closely, work together with experienced colleagues, and gain hands‑on experience in an international, fast-movingenvironment.

As an intern in the International Advertising team, you’ll have a

supporting role

in setting up and improving advertising campaigns for international advertisers active on the bol platform. You’ll contribute to daily operations while developing your analytical and commercial skill set.

What will you do? Your tasks include:

Supporting the setup, management and optimisation of advertising campaigns for international advertisers

Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Assisting in the creation of reports, dashboards and performance analyses

Supporting the preparation of client materials, insights and presentations

Helping identify growth opportunities across different markets and advertisers

Collaborating with colleagues across international, commercial, marketing and data teams

This internship gives you a strong foundation in international retail media, while allowing you to learn how advertising strategies are adapted to different markets.

What do you bring? We’re looking for a curious, analytical and motivated student who is eager to learn and enjoys working in an international context.

You are enrolled in an HBO or WO programme in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data, E-commerce or a related field

You are available at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 months

You have a strong interest in digital advertising, retail media and e-commerce

You enjoy working with data and translating insights into clear conclusions

You work in a structured way and are comfortable in a supporting role

You communicate clearly in English

Nice to have (not required):

You speak

Mandarin, German, French or Polish

You are familiar with the (work) culture of countries where one or more of these languages are spoken
