Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near‑graduates) offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands‑on experience. It’s not just on‑the‑job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for a demand plan for a customer

Execute and implement small projects

Collaborate with multiple departments to gather inputs and validate assumptions

Prepare and update reporting files for weekly demand reviews

Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning team

Qualifications

You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with Excel.

You have excellent social skills and enjoy building a strong internal network.

You are a fast learner and excited to work with AI driven planning tool.

You are fluent in English.

You are currently studying or have recently graduated (max. 3 months post‑graduation).
