Job Purpose
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance by providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support to the Leadership Team, Brand strategies and tactics, and Strategic Account Management for upcoming launches and existing brands. This role involves delivering accurate and timely business intelligence and performance data, supporting key initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiencies focused around Sales Force Incentives, Sales Structures, Performance Management, and external data and market research. The Business Analyst will also leverage knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and new technologies to achieve greater efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Business Insights:
Partner with Business Unit Heads, Sales, Marketing, and Medical Teams to challenge and support performance discussions and decision‑making. Provide strategic performance recommendations to the Leadership Team based on data‑driven insights. Mentor and develop the organization to enhance analytical skills and performance mindset. Partner with Finance on forecasting within defined financial cycles.Performance Management:
Support and monitor business performance by providing and maintaining business reports and dashboards; monitor progress of strategy execution across Business Units. Ensure strong data governance with a focus on data quality, consistent definitions, and trusted performance metrics across analytics, CRM, and external data sources. Extract, collate and organise data for analysis; use AI, machine learning and statistical techniques to gain insight into data with internal and external vendors. Lead end‑to‑end Sales Force Incentives activities. Lead adoption of new technologies in analytics and segmentation (Digital&Tech Enablers). Ensure teams focus on performance through KPI setting and measurement via input, lead and lag measures, partnering with brand teams, CRM Managers, and Customer Experience Managers. Vendor Relationship Management:
Drive effective collaboration and relationships with local 3rd‑party data providers, processors and vendors. Coordinate, shape, and supervise market research to help define strategies and tactics that improve business performance while staying within guidelines. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or another analytical subject. Additional education that supports understanding and use of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other data and analytics areas. 1–2 years of relevant working experience. Strong interpersonal skills; capable of driving decision‑making in cross‑functional and matrix teams without authority.A passion for AI, ML, technology, digital&data and the improvements they can bring. Experience with dashboarding and data visualization. Curious with strong analytical abilities and a track record of using analysis to solve business problems. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience commissioning and managing market research; good understanding of different types of research and their use within a commercial context. Skilled in Excel, Power BI and additional knowledge of statistical/machine‑learning software. Excellent commercial judgement; instinct for understanding business drivers and spotting the right business questions.Excellent delivery track record, especially through colleagues. Self‑starter capable of rapidly building a network of strong relationships. Other Job‑Related Skills
Strong project management skills. Superior organisational and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated, organised and independent. Energetic, passionate and a can‑do attitude. Good command of written and spoken Dutch&English. Salary Range
EUR65,850 to EUR109,750 per year, depending on location, experience and role level. The position may also offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in a share‑based long‑term incentive program.
