Responsibilities
Support the development and roll‑out of Trouw Nutrition’s global brand strategy, aligned with strategic species and category priorities. Partner closely with external agencies to develop brand guidelines, enablement toolkits, and high‑impact brand assets. Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure global alignment while capturing relevant local insights.Define clear brand KPIs, support global rollouts, and report on successes and key learning points. Manage brand implementation timelines, ensuring timely, consistent, and engaging brand communication across the organization. Contribute to the adaptation and activation of branding updates across business units and internal platforms, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B branding or strategic marketing. A strong understanding of global brand planning and its connection to business goals. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for tone and consistency. Experience working with cross‑functional, international stakeholders and external agencies.A creative, flexible mindset with strong project and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will help you hit the ground running. Benefits
