Event Management Intern, Utrecht

Event Management Internship (Fall 2026) Location: Utrecht | Full time | On site | English required

CrowdLED is looking for an Event Management Intern to join our production team in August or September 2026. If you're into live events, like working behind the scenes, and enjoy keeping things organized when it matters most, this could be a great fit.

You'll be helping us bring our signature light shows to life around the world. Since we’re now part of PixMob, the team behind immersive crowd experiences at shows for Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, and more, you’ll be contributing to events that people remember long after the lights go down.

What you’ll do Help coordinate logistics like packing, shipping, and inventory Support planning, scheduling, and production workflows Keep communication running smoothly with suppliers and partners Assist with creating and updating event briefs and documentation Take part in event reviews and help improve how we workOccasionally join the team on site at live events

What we’re looking for You’re currently doing a Masters program, HBO or bachelor program in Event Management, Hospitality, Production or Business You’re organized, hands on, and not afraid of tight deadlines or shifting plans You work well in a team and keep a cool head under pressure You’re into music, tech, or live events, or all three
