Drive and inspire cross‑functional teams toward meeting business objectives and ensure accountability for delivery. Challenge the status quo by exploring and testing new activities that impact HCP understanding of ViiV’s portfolio. Translate global strategy into a strong local execution plan, maximizing the number of eligible people living with HIV who can benefit from the ViiV portfolio.Own the development and execution of the omnichannel customer experience strategy, leveraging digital innovations to create seamless and impactful interactions. Accelerate the adoption of an established, innovative brand in a complex HIV treatment landscape by identifying barriers and translating insights into targeted strategies.Adapt global campaigns and value propositions to local market dynamics, ensuring relevance and impact. Develop and execute marketing strategies that shift clinical practice and support behaviour change among healthcare professionals. Collaborate cross‑functionally (Medical, Sales, Patient Affairs) to align priorities and deliver a consistent customer experience.Lead continuous optimisation of in‑line brand plans based on performance data, customer feedback, and market insights. Localise and implement EU best practices, ensuring strong execution in the Dutch market. Act as the single point of accountability for brand performance, representing the brand with a data‑backed narrative covering performance, drivers, risks, opportunities and corrective actions.Manage brand budgets with prioritisation, ensuring optimal allocation to maximise impact while maintaining strict financial discipline. Own the Netherlands portfolio multichannel activities, facilitating input from Patient Affairs, Medical, Commercial, and Marketing teams. Implement innovative digital projects in the Dutch Market (e.g., AI, virtual reality) and analyse customer journey data to optimise touchpoints.Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Medical, Pharmacy, or Biology. Minimum 4–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in HIV or injectable therapeutic area, with product launch experience. Understanding of Dutch pharmaceutical market specifics. Experience shaping multichannel and customer journey strategies.Strong project‑management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of working collaboratively with key opinion leaders. Strong customer focus, able to develop and translate customer insights into tactics. Commercial and digital acumen.Fluent in English; Dutch speaking is preferred. Benefits and Compensation
