As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll have a key role in our rapidly-growing company, you’ll help build the best milkman on earth by hiring the best talents out there. You’re ready to become a Picnic ambassador and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate.What you’ll do

Find and hire exceptional talent together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers. Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation, and give ultra-sharp assessments of skills and a candidate’s potential fit for Picnic. Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding.Develop innovative strategies to find new talent. Minimum Requirements

1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced international environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and Dutch (any other languages are a plus).
