Responsibilities

You are responsible for your clients from A to Z: from cold acquisition/recruitment to negotiating terms of cooperation and finding out the need. Thanks to your skills, you'll conclude contracts between the client and the candidate. You are also responsible for the other side of your business: sourcing candidates. We have different ways of finding candidates and you use them to attract the best talent on the market.Prospecting and Negotiating are strong parts of the job. After this, the aim is to connect these two pools, find the best match and thus realise placements. You will actively contribute to the growth of our network and LinkedIn page. Candidate Profile

You are an enthusiastic person, positive and joyful. You are trustworthy and reliable, able to create solid connections based on mutual respect. You are committed, ambitious, and with a strong desire to make things happen. You are driven, independent, and able to look at solutions out of the box.You are not afraid of challenges. You are at ease with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. You speak perfect English and Dutch. Italian is a strong advantage. You have an adaptable skillset and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and change focus quickly when required.You are a fast learner able to adapt and deliver quickly in a new environment, and quickly pick up working with new systems, tools, and processes. You have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent required, or a bachelor’s degree. Level of experience: Junior is acceptable.
