Project Coordinator - Strategic Market Access Our project coordinators support scientific project leads in ensuring the timely delivery of a broad range of market-access deliverables. They also ensure that all projects and assignments are executed promptly and accurately. Essential Duties&Responsibilities Managing project setup and administration on internal and external systems. Preparing project meeting slides and summaries for internal and external stakeholders Tracking and maintaining details for client invoicing, supplier set-up, and invoicing Coordinating calendars and scheduling internal and external meetingsMaintaining status reports and internal and external communications daily Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Graduate or relevant healthcare qualification Experience working in market access in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is preferred Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to balance shifting priorities to ensure that timelines and objectives are met, and expectations are exceededAbility to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficient in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Travel Requirements 5% Potential Global TravelAbout OPEN Health OPEN Health unites deep scientific knowledge with wide-ranging specialist expertise to unlock possibilities that improve health outcomes and patient wellbeing.
