The Corporate Recruiter role As the Corporate Recruiter for Traxion, you will be responsible for filling diverse technical and non-technical roles for our BeNeLux offices. You will also get to think of ways to improve the recruitment process, boost our candidate experience and creatively engage with top talent using both on and offline methods. There will always be time for recruitment project work and participating in recruiting or industry events, whilst you support us in meeting Traxion's growth goals. As part of a small team of friendly, open and collaborative professionals, you will report into the People&Culture Lead, and also be a part of the European Recruitment team as part of the wider SITS Group.

Central responsibilities include:

Collaborating closely with Team leads to craft and refine recruitment strategies that align with Traxion’s immediate and future hiring needs.

Contributing to projects in areas such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, operational enhancements and process optimization&automation, ensuring continuous improvement in our recruitment practices.

Acting as a Traxion brand ambassador, engaging authentically with candidates to deliver exceptional experiences and promoting our employer brand through strategic storytelling.

Providing documentation and training to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of best practices in recruitment across the organization.

What you’ll bring to the position In terms of experience, we’re ideally looking for someone who meets the criteria listed below. However, if you have a gap in your knowledge but believe you’re the right person for the role, we welcome your application.

In-house recruitment experience, comfortable taking full end-to-end ownership of various diverse roles.

Experience contributing towards recruitment-related projects.

Fluent communication skills in Dutch and a good proficiency in English.

Problem-solving skills, with a continuous learning mindset.

Proactive, adaptable, flexible, positive and collaborative.

Available for 32-40 hours per week, and willing to work from the Waardenburg office twice a week.

Experience with recruitment systems such as Greenhouse, Equalture.
