Full-time Company Location: Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam We are looking for a Housekeeping&Quality Supervisor to improve and maintain the quality of our hotel. Your role will be to supervise the Room Attendants. Within this role the responsibilities are: Coordinating the cleaning operations; Ensuring housekeeping practices align with hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards;Conducting quality inspections to uphold the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction; Coordinating with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and resolve cross-functional issues; The ideal candidate should possess: Hardworking and sees a challenge in every situation;Experience within Housekeeping in a 5-star hotel is a plus; Stress resistant and organized; Flexible mindset and availability; Experience in working with different cultures and how to communicate with them; Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language; Dutch is a plus.At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, the passion of our team members is the driving force behind our success.
