We are united by the goal to inspire athletes worldwide to become the healthiest versions of themselves.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Manager to oversee the digital ecosystem for Nike Strength’s EMEA marketplace. This role will encompass ownership of our Shopify website, email marketing strategy, paid media acquisition, and overall digital performance. The ideal candidate is a versatile team player with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer experience.This role will be based in person in our Hilversum, Netherlands location and will work closely with our global team based in the United States. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Day-to-day management and ownership of the full digital ecosystem, including Shopify website, email marketing, and paid media acquisition.Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and post-purchase communication strategies (Klaviyo). Contributing to and optimizing paid media strategies to drive traffic, profitable acquisition, and conversion across channels. Managing product listings end-to-end on Shopify and overseeing the overall site user experience.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital experiences and drive online revenue growth. Conducting regular audits of the website and digital touchpoints to identify areas for improvement. Utilizing analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators. Managing third-party integrations, plugins, and partnerships to optimize digital performance and enhance the customer experience.Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices and new strategies. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training. 5+ years of ecommerce management experience, preferably in retail or the fitness industry.Located in Netherlands, in office and in person work environment. Proven track record of managing successful ecommerce stores and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics. Experience with Shopify platform, including managing products, collections, and orders.Expertise in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid media, and social media advertising.
