General Description As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join the HR team and help further build and shape our recruitment across Europe. As a Recruiter, you will be the link between talent and our organization, taking ownership of the entire recruitment process— from defining vacancies to hiring the right candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner, proactively engaging talent and building a strong candidate pool.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full recruitment and selection process
Writing and publishing job descriptions
Actively sourcing and approaching candidates (e.g. via LinkedIn and job boards)
Conducting intake and job interviews
Advising hiring managers on the labour market and candidate profiles
Coordinating the selection process and employment offer negotiations
Contributing to employer branding and recruitment improvements
Managing the (digital) onboarding of new employees
Supporting the HR Director and HR Business Partner with administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills
2-4 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in European markets in B2B consumer electronics gained either inhouse / onsite or with a recruitment agency
Strong understanding of AI technologies (screening resumes, video interview), industry trends, and terminologies related to machine learning
Experience sourcing candidates using various recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI-specific hiring platforms
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Experience in setting up an effective recruitment department from scratch, including a streamlined selection process
Experience in building and strengthening a strong employer brand
Experience working in a fast-growing or scaling company
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, meeting deadlines and hiring targets and proactively looks for ways to improve processes
Fluent English is mandatory
A proactive, solution-oriented, results-driven and accurate work attitude
Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent while aligning with budgetary constraints
Work authorisation: You must already have the right to work in the Netherlands
