Job purpose: As we expand our SAP team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO consultant with expertise in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting), Treasure, and CFIN to contribute to our project success. The SAP FICO consultant will provide expert-level consulting, including solution design across Financials modules (FI, CO, FSCM RAR, CFIN) and process/business consulting in these areas.Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related fields. Configure and deliver SAP FICO, RAR, and CFIN solutions across various business sectors. Provide functional support for business requirement changes, configuration of company codes, posting periods, variants, document types, number ranges, and tolerance groups for G/L accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Work on S/4 migrations, CFIN migrations, and post-go-live activities. Manage a team of technical and functional consultants, overseeing execution and delivery. Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP FICO, RAR, and Treasury modules.Maintain configuration, development, and testing documentation following standards and procedures. Support support issues related to DMEE file structure and configuration. Assist in month-end closing and reporting processes using FCLOCO. Handle Investment Management, Project System, integrations, interfaces, and reporting including COPA and COPC.Design and configure Standard Cost Estimates, WIP, variances, and activate Material Ledger. Utilize Solution Manager/JIRA and manage change processes. Provide excellent customer service and drive process improvements and SAP best practices. Configure Asset Accounting, including asset classes, depreciation, and settlement rules.Possess knowledge of CFIN mappings, MDG mappings, and overall CFIN configuration for document replication. Knowledge and Experience: 10-12 years of SAP FICO experience. Minimum of 3 years in CFIN migration. Experience with at least 2 full cycle S/4 HANA implementations and 3 ECC implementations.Proficiency in Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of local tax and statutory requirements. High-quality customer service skills. Experience managing teams and processes through change. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. SAP certifications in FICO, RAR, CFIN, or Treasury.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Distinct Advantages: Experience with CFIN migrations. Experience in Treasury and risk management in ECC/S/4 HANA. Experience managing high transaction volumes and controls. Knowledge of treasury, securities, trade finance, and risk analysis. Experience with SAP workflow and document imaging systems.Leadership experience in service delivery and change management.
