As an

SAP S/4 Digital EAM Consultant , you will support the design and implementation of end-to-end Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions for our clients. Working as part of a diverse and cross‑functional team, you will help assess client needs, propose improvements, and deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions that enable operational excellence in asset‑intensive industries.

Your Role&Responsibilities

Participate in the delivery of SAP PM(CS) and Field Service Management solutions, supporting blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities.

Apply Accenture’s best practices to solve client challenges and propose options for improving quality and efficiency.

Recognize and raise risks early, working with team members to create mitigation strategies.

Demonstrate a willingness to explore new tools and technologies such as AI, IoT, or predictive maintenance methods.

Stay flexible and open‑minded when facing new challenges or changing requirements.

Bring creative thinking to everyday tasks and suggest improvements to work processes where appropriate.

Collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and supporting common goals.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team culture, encouraging open discussion and diverse viewpoints.

Help teammates stay informed and aligned by sharing the broader project context when appropriate.

Document and communicate technical and functional issues in an organized and clear manner.

Your Background&Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Business).

Fluent in English and Dutch (or actively learning).

Some experience with SAP PM(CS), S/4HANA EAM, or related asset management tools is preferred.

Familiarity with end‑to‑end maintenance or field service processes is a plus.

Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic consulting environment.
