About Us

As a hotel, De L'Europe is home to a selection of culinary destinations as diverse as the city of Amsterdam itself. Guests can enjoy everything from a casual bitterbal and cold, frothy Heineken beer to a fully-fledged six-course Michelin meal with luxury wine pairing. We are on the hunt for a Chef de Partie for our main kitchen—someone who's not just comfortable wearing the chef's hat but thrives in a kitchen buzzing with collaborative spirit between all departments.

What You'll Do

Preparing dishes and carrying out the preparation of those dishes

Create orders based on the recipes

Implement new recipes and improvements based on guests' wishes

Close cooperation with the kitchen team

Play an important role in the daily kitchen operation

Being organized and ensuring that your department runs smoothly and effectively

Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team

Work according to the HACCP standards

You report to Executive Chef: Sebastiaan Veenhuizen.

Who You Are

Experience in crafting exceptional dishes

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Attention to detail

Positive, dynamic team player with a strong attention to detail

Passion for culinary excellence

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management

Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Nice to Have

Passion for luxury hospitality

Experience in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

Experience working in a fine-dining restaurant or high-end brasserie.

What we offer you

Salary starting from€2.400,- (gross, based on 38 hours)

Salary ranges from Junior, Medior to Senior to grow
