Performance Marketing Manager, Amsterdam

Your mission

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen our team Amsterdam. You will handle day-to-day operations such as Google Ads and Programmatic campaign management, leveraging data to drive revenue for the business, and collaborate with other departments to bring the best value.

Own the creation, implementation, and optimization of all display activity for your markets to drive revenue for the business. Creating banners and publishing campaigns. Managing Google Ads campaigns and making sure that our investments bring the expected revenue within the given time frame. Leverage data and analytics tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and constantly optimize.Observing user journey on the pages and working with design to optimize to the full extent. Collaborate with other teams (Business Development, Design, Data&Tech) to bring campaigns to life. Develop and execute country marketing strategies to grow/maintain revenue. Explaining, sharing important actions taken on marketing side with the Country Focus team(s). Working with other teams to get the most out of marketing campaigns Identify and test new verticals and funnels.Your profile

2+ years of experience with Google Ads (Display) in different verticals. Comfortable segmenting large data sets to optimize campaigns (Knowledge of simple data tools is a plus). Experience in the mVAS industry or subscription modeled businesses is preferred. Experience with other marketing channels (Meta, Tiktok, GMP) is a plus.Why us?
