We are already helping over 1500+ (international) companies and 300.000+ employees, e.g. Rituals, Deloitte, Decathlon, Miele, KPMG, Adyen and McDonalds.Your Role As our SEO Specialist you will be reporting into our Marketing Director, and your role will include: Conduct website audits to identify SEO opportunities and issues; Perform keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and help form our content planning; Optimise website content, metadata, and structure for search engines;Implement technical SEO fixes to improve site performance and crawlability; Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks; Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush and Search Console; Optimise local SEO efforts, including managing Google My Business listings;Analyse competitor SEO strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses; Create and implement a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business goals; Provide regular updates and recommendations based on performance data. About You You love to dive into the data before making decisions and taking ownership comes naturally to you. You thrive in an environment that is constantly changing, love to learn and grow and you’re excited about mental well-being.You also: Speak English and Dutch or German fluently; Have a relevant degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing; Have a deep understanding of SEO and Google analytics; Experience in landing page optimisation is a pre; Proficiency in the latest web technologies and personalisation tactics;An interest in AI and other technological developments; The ability to translate complex data into actionable website strategies; Experience with Wordpress; (Preferred) Prior experience in health tech or well-being industries.
