YOUR TASKS

Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating creative campaigns to negotiating and drafting contracts with candidates Contribute to building a strong recruitment team and engage in projects related to employer branding and ATS improvements Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize (recruitment) processesContinuously search for suitable candidates in the market and expand your network and relationships with them Be creative in your recruitment methods and find new ways to pleasantly surprise candidates Act as a point of contact for questions about open vacancies and coordinate administrative tasks with the Recruitment CoordinatorDeveloping a strategic plan (in collaboration with colleagues from Sourcing, Marcom, HR) is familiar territory for you Focus on finding perfect candidates and contribute to other interesting projects, with team support

YOUR PROFILE

Experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate role, between 5-10 years Creativity in finding the right candidates gives you an extra boost. You know how to think outside the box You are a connector who knows how to onboard people in the right environment The following qualities apply to you: communicative, proactive, structured, independent, creative, and results-orientedYou are ambitious and constantly look for ways to improve your working methods to be even more successful Preferably, you have completed an education in a relevant field (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing) Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and English
