Your role in the journey As Banqueting Supervisor, you’ll be the orchestrator behind our most memorable events — from all-day conferences and elegant weddings to monthly brunches and gala dinners. You’ll lead your team with confidence and ensure every detail is delivered to perfection.

Your responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating banqueting events for up to 1,500 guests.

Acting as the main contact for guests during events, ensuring a seamless experience.

Managing and training the banqueting team, including external staff.

Overseeing event setup, execution and breakdown with precision.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

What you’ll bring

Experience in meetings&events operations.

Natural leadership skills and team management experience.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
