This is a fast-growing healthtech company building one of the few AI platforms in healthcare that is already live in hospitals, clinically validated, and certified.

Their product predicts complications using real-time medical data, helping clinicians intervene hours to days earlier directly improving patient health, reducing avoidable risks and a much better use of specialists time.

This is not a research project or early-stage concept. The platform is already integrated into hospital systems, actively used by clinicians, and expanding internationally. With strong investor backing and a clear path toward U.S. market entry, the company is entering a critical scale-up phase.

You’ll join a small, senior engineering team (~10 people) and work closely with technical leadership to shape the architecture of a medical-grade platform that operates across both cloud and on-premise hospital environments.

What You’ll Do

Design and build backend systems handling sensitive medical data

Lead the transition toward a scalable microservices architecture

Work on integrations with complex external systems (EHRs)

Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts

Contribute to architecture, scalability, and security decisions

Help scale from single deployments to multi-customer environments

What We’re Looking For

Strong backend experience (Python)

Experience with Docker / distributed systems

Strong system design and architectural thinking

Security-aware engineering mindset

Comfortable in structured, documentation-heavy environments

Ownership mentality and clear communication

Nice to Have

Experience with regulated environments

Experience with complex integrations / data systems
