To get there, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work for us. Responsibilities
Drive creative strategy across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)— defining hooks, messaging, formats and writing strong, actionable briefs Work closely with our UGC&Influencer specialist to source and develop high-performing local creators Ensure all campaigns (ads, landing pages, CRM, RAF) are locally relevant, on-brand and optimised for performance Identify and scale new growth opportunities through local partnerships (brands, influencers, affiliates, direct mail, podcasts)Brand
Act as the local brand guardian, ensuring global strategy translates into strong, locally relevant creative Lead local influencer&PR activations to build awareness and brand love Collaborate with media buying to shape top-of-funnel investments (OOH, TV, radio, digital video) and ensure strong local execution Support the growth of the ambassador (Dog Professionals) channel through local events and communications You will also own weekly reporting of Sweden&Denmark’s performance, connecting brand and growth initiatives to key metrics like CPA, retention, and revenue. Qualifications
You must be a native Swedish and/or Danish speaker and professionally fluent in English You understand the balance between brand and performance, combining creativity with data to drive meaningful growth Commercially minded and analytical, comfortable using insights to make decisions and improve resultsA strong communicator with a light, engaging writing style— confident creating and adapting copy across ads, landing pages and CRM, with a sharp eye for tone of voice and localisation Bringing 4+ years of experience across various marketing channels building growth and brand (digital, PR, influencers), with a proactive, test-and-learn mindsetYou understand the Swedish and Danish market and customer mindset, and know what resonates locally And most importantly— you’re a dog lover, excited about building a brand that genuinely improves the lives of dogs and their owners Interview process
Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely. This process will include a take home task where you will put together a presentation Skills interview with presentation element, carried out remotely. Behaviours interview, carried out in person. We usually expect our interview process to take 3-6 weeks, end to end.Benefits

Our team thrives on collaboration. We spend
3 days a week in our Amsterdam office
(Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days working from wherever you’re most productive. Because being together is a big part of our culture, we’re looking for someone within a comfortable commutable distance to Amsterdam. We’re a small (but mighty!) recruitment team.
