Creative Strategist, Amsterdam

Do you want to help NGOs grow through smart fundraising propositions? Then we at Jalt are looking for you. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll develop fundraising propositions for NGOs such as Amnesty International, the Dutch Heart Foundation, and Natuurmonumenten. Based on donor research and data, you’ll create fresh propositions that inspire the target audience to take action. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the creativeand advertising departments.Your Responsibilities You’ll delve into target audience research and extract the right insights from it; You will develop fundraising propositions that take into account every step of the donor journey; You will write fundraising copy that brings the propositions to life for the right target audience;What we’re looking for You have a bachelor’s degree; You are a creative thinker; You are results-oriented: your work must contribute as effectively as possible to the growth of NGOs; You have at least 2 years of experience in the world of fundraising; You understand that fundraising is about emotion and want to use this to create real impact;You are aware of current global issues and the role NGOs play in addressing them; You are interested in what drives people; You have strong communication skills; Your Dutch copy is razor-sharp, persuasive, and always on point; You speak and write Dutch fluently; What we offer A full-time position (32–40 hours) with a young and driven team;The opportunity for career advancement within the organization; together, we’ll create a clear development plan that aligns with your career path; We work in a hybrid model: from our beautiful office in the Houthavens and from home; We offer a competitive salary (€3,400.00 – €4,635.00) commensurate with your knowledge and experience; a pension plan, phone allowance, and a training budget;Your work will make an impact at leading national and international organizations; You’ll receive a laptop and everything you need to do your job effectively; A friendly and driven team of bright minds who enjoy getting together for drinks and outings.
