Marketing Communications Manager

to strengthen our brand, thought leadership, and lead generation for our

Real Estate Management and Valuation platforms . The role is firmly anchored in the Netherlands, where we have a strong and established presence serving over 200 housing associations, while also contributing to the structured growth of selected international markets.

You will be part of the

Marketing department , consisting of 15 professionals across two teams: Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing. In this role, you work closely with colleagues from Sales, Product, Digital Marketing and subject‑matter experts to translate advanced financial planning and scenario modelling expertise into compelling, market‑driven communications for the housing association and real estate sector.

What you will do As Marketing Communications Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing

integrated marketing communication plans

for specific product‑market combinations. You play a key role in strengthening brand positioning, thought leadership, and pipeline generation across both established and international growth markets.

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, with a strong focus on the Netherlands

Drive brand awareness, thought leadership and lead generation across markets

Create and deliver campaigns, content and market insights that support new business development and long‑term client relationships

Collaborate closely with Sales Management, including on international growth initiatives

Own and manage a marketing communications campaign calendar across multiple markets

Coordinate campaigns, events, case studies and sector‑specific content

Work closely with Digital Marketing to optimise campaigns across channels

Manage marketing budgets and coordinate internal experts and external agencies

Contribute to cross‑market initiatives such as martech improvements, campaign optimisation and client events

This could be you: you start your day in our Rotterdam or Amsterdam office, coffee in hand, reviewing campaign performance and priorities. You brainstorm with Sales and subject‑matter experts on new content, translate insights into campaign concepts using data and AI support, and collaborate with fellow marketing colleagues to optimise ongoing campaigns—sharing ideas, results and laughs along the way.

Who you are You are an

experienced B2B marketing communications professional

with at least five years of experience, preferably in a

financial services or SaaS environment , where credibility and complexity matter.

You enjoy translating sophisticated topics into clear, compelling narratives that support thought leadership, lead generation and sustainable client relationships. You feel comfortable working in an international context and across both mature and developing markets. You work in a structured and commercially minded way, collaborate easily with senior stakeholders and are motivated by contributing to solutions that support better decision‑making.

You also

Have high professional proficiency in Dutch (C1 level and higher) and English (spoken and written)
